With expertise in tax advice, tax litigation, tax audits and assisting tax agents, I have successfully handled various legal matters and achieved notable results throughout my career.
2001 -2010 - PARTNER AT RIGBY COOKE LAWYERS
- Tax partner assisting firm clients in advising on tax and dealing with the ATO
- Represented clients in proceedings before the Administrative Appeal Tribunal and Federal Court
2011-2025 - partner at THOMSON GEER LAWYERS
- Head of Tax in Victoria developing and leading a team of experienced tax practitioners
- Expanded practice areas to include trust law and estate disputes
2025 - Present - founder of AGA LEGAL PTY LTD
- Established a thriving boutique tax law practice focused on providing comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses
- Specialising in tax law, tax litigation, tax agent services and trusts and estates disputes
